Developing the ability to intentionally experience your desired feeling state is one of the most powerful skills you can cultivate in deliberate manifesting. While "feeling good" is not a requirement for manifestation, mastering this skill allows you to anchor your focus and intentionally express your desired identity.

Bridget is a Mindvalley-certified coach, nurse, filmmaker, and author who specializes in manifestation and transformation through subconscious rewiring and nervous system regulation.
Bridget worked as an RN in inpatient behavioral health and drug and alcohol rehabilitation settings from 2013 until recently. She published her book & guided journal, Change Your Self-Talk, Change Your Life, in summer 2025 and is the writer, director, and producer of the feature-length documentary Life On Purpose, streaming in 2026.
As someone who has overcome obstacles and manifested healthy relationships, her dream home, world-class travel, deeply fulfilling friendships and so much more, Bridget combines lived experience with over a decade of behavioral health experience and trauma-informed coaching and nervous system regulation. She is an excellent listener and astutely helps clients release subconscious or nervous-system blocks—so manifestations can be received and sustained.
Her work is especially powerful for those who’ve “done the mindset work” but still feel stuck, bridging manifestation with emotional regulation and real-world integration.
